Digital Q AB is an IT provider that develops digital queue management and customer flow solutions.
Our goal is to simplify everyday life for both businesses and their customers through digitalization.
With our systems, you no longer have to stand in a physical line — you can wait comfortably while receiving real-time updates about your queue position.
Digital Q AB, org. no. 559257-7026, Virkesvägen 5E, 120 78 Stockholm, processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The organization whose queue you choose to join is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
Digital Q AB acts as a data processor and processes the data only in accordance with the instructions of the data controller and for the purpose of providing and operating the queue system.
If you provide information to one of our partners through a link in the system, that partner is responsible for how your information is processed.

Responsibility for Your Personal Data
Personal Data Collected
When you use one of our queue systems, certain personal data may need to be collected for the system to function as intended within the specific organization.
Examples of personal data that may be processed include:

Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed in order to:

Digital Q processes the data only for these purposes and not for its own use.
Access to Personal Data
Your personal data is shared with the organization whose queue you have chosen to join.
If a technical issue arises, Digital Q’s technical staff may temporarily access the data to provide support, in accordance with our data processing agreement with the data controller.
Digital Q may, in some cases, use sub-processors, such as providers of hosting or support services.
All sub-processors are bound by agreements ensuring that the personal data is protected and processed only according to the data controller’s instructions.
Digital Q does not disclose personal data to third parties for its own purposes.
Disclosure occurs only if required by law or upon instruction from the data controller.
Storage and Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the queue system or as determined by the data controller.
After the processing ends, the data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
We store data in cloud services within the EU/EEA whenever possible.
If data needs to be processed outside the EU/EEA, such as for technical support, this is done only under strict security standards and with safeguards that meet GDPR requirements.
Data Security
Digital Q applies technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
Despite our efforts, data breaches can never be completely ruled out, but we continuously work to minimize such risks.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing to the extent permitted by law.
Such requests are handled by the data controller — the organization whose queue you joined.
Digital Q assists the data controller in handling these requests.
