Digital Q AB is an IT supplier that develops digital queueing systems and customer flow management services. Digital Q wants to make everyday life easier for consumers and companies with digitization. With our system, you as a customer avoid standing in a physical queue and crowding with other customer while you wait. You fill in the requested information yourself in the digital queueing system and then receive a digital ticket in your mobile phone. In this way, you can make the best use of the waiting time.
Digital Q AB, org. no. 559257-7026, Virkesvägen 5E, 120 78 Stockholm, processes personal data in accordance with current law, including the EU's general data protection regulation.
Information about the handling of personal data
Digital Q protects your personal privacy and we want you to feel safe when you use our queuing systems. For us at Digital Q, it is important to be open about how Digital Q handles your personal data and to provide you with information in a way that makes you understand how your personal data will be processed.
In this privacy policy, which applies to all of Digital Q's queuing systems, we give you information about how we handle your personal data in connection with your use of our systems, or in other contacts with us.

Responsibility for your personal data
The company whose queue you choose to join is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data, and Digital Q AB is the system supplier for the queueing system and carries out the processing on behalf of the company in question as a personal data processor.
If you provide information to one of our partners (e.g. by clicking on a link to one of our partners that is published in a queue system), our partner is responsible for your personal data.
To find out the terms and conditions of the party in charge of the personal data (the company whose queue you have chosen to join) please contact that company for more information.
Personal data that is collected
Your personal data is collected when you use our queuing systems. This is done in cases where it is necessary to collect certain personal data in order for the queueing system to function well in the business of the company whose queue you are using. Examples of personal data are name, e-mail, phone number, order number, IP-address or other order-related information.
The purpose of collecting your data
When you have provided personal data in the queueing system, this data will be used for the purposes stated below:

To be able to place you in a queue list in the queueing system.

To be able in the cases you wish, to send you a text message notification with information and updates for the queue you are in, as well as notify you when it is your turn.

To give the staff at the company whose queue you choose to join, the information about you that they need to be able to help you in the best way.

To give you a safe and good experience of Digital Q's digital queueing system.
By taking a queueing ticket and standing in the digital queue, you consent to us using your data for that purpose.
Who will your information be shared with
Your data may be shared with the company whose queue you choose to join.
If a technical error should occur with the system and the need for support becomes relevant, your data may be shared with Digital Q's IT employees in order to remedy the technical error. Digital Q AB has entered into an agreement as personal data processor to the company whose queue you have chosen to join, which ensures that there are security measures in place to protect your data.
Digital Q may share your data further, but only when this is a legal requirement or otherwise when it is permitted by law.
Digital Q may in some cases use personal data assistants to help us with the system. Companies that help us in these cases may be providers of technical services. In such cases, we have entered into an agreement for the personal data processor which ensures that there are security measures in place to protect your data. When we share your information, it will be used for the same purpose for which we originally collected it.
Storage and storage time
In Digital Q's queuing system, information about you who use the system is processed in order to provide the best service experience, your data is saved as long as the data is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was originally collected. The data can also be saved for the time required by applicable law. We at Digital Q have ongoing procedures that ensure that we do not store unnecessary data about you and we minimize the storage time as much as possible.
We store your data in cloud services within the EU to the greatest extent possible. Digital Q minimizes the storage and processing of personal data to a country outside the EU and in cases where such is required, as in the case of system support and maintenance, or suppliers outside the EU, this takes place according to particularly high requirements and agreements that meet the requirements for GDPR.
Security for your personal data
We at Digital Q ensure that we handle your personal data according to special security measures to protect the personal data against illegal or unauthorized access to the information. However, we would like to inform you that data breaches are always a risk.
Your rights
We at Digital Q always want to be transparent with how your data is processed.
You can request deletion of your data to the extent that complies with the applicable law and we will of course always do our best to accommodate your request for deletion.
